Dr. Alfred Köcher
Alfred combines his two passions in North Estates – IT and real estate. From a career beginning at IBM, Alfred has worked with some of the leading technology, industrial and services companies to achieve their goals for securing property and data. He leverages his extensive network across private and public sector decision makers to pro-actively identify and conclude deals otherwise impossible without such personal contacts and corporate insights.

Vicki is a former international banker who has held senior positions in London, Singapore, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region. As President of one of the most dynamic chambers of commerce in Switzerland, she combines this transaction experience with her extensive business and government networks to efficiently navigate and conclude deals with local and international parties.
